NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio – An environmentally-conscious Akron car wash hopes to open a second location at the vacant northeast corner of Wallings and State roads in North Royalton.
Soak City Car Wash received preliminary approval for its site plan in June from the North Royalton Planning Commission.
