Internova Travel Group, one of the world’s largest travel services companies, oversees a diverse portfolio of leisure, business, and franchise operations. With a network of over 100,000 travel advisors across more than 6,000 locations—primarily in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, and extending to over 80 countries worldwide—Internova is a prominent player in the global travel sector.
Commitment to Sustainability
At the heart of Internova’s values is its core principle of “Everyone Belongs,” underscoring the organization’s dedication to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful environment. Embracing the power of inclusivity, Internova launched a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee in 2022 to identify gaps and implement strategies that advance its diversity goals.
That same year, Internova collaborated with Sustainable Travel International to introduce the Climate Action and Climate Positive Programs. These initiatives offer carbon footprint assessments and offset options for corporate, leisure, and meetings and events customers, empowering them to contribute to climate mitigation efforts.
Supporting Communities and Social Causes
Internova’s commitment to social responsibility is demonstrated through its extensive community involvement. The company engages in advocacy, fundraising, donations, and volunteering, partnering with over 30 organizations focused on social issues, including global relief efforts such as the Ukraine Crisis. Additionally, Internova employees have collectively volunteered more than 2,000 hours. Through the Family Bonds Foundation, the company also provides financial aid to individuals within the travel industry experiencing hardship.
Internova actively participates in various industry boards and advocacy groups, addressing key issues in travel and tourism and championing the creation of more equitable communities.
Ethical Leadership and Compliance
Internova places a high priority on ethical conduct and compliance. Each year, the company ensures its employees are trained and updated on its Code of Conduct, Corporate Policies, and relevant regulations, which include anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, conflict of interest, anti-trust and competition, whistleblower policies, sanctions rules, data privacy regulations, government interaction protocols, and responsible marketing.
Internova Green Circle: A Commitment to Conservation
Through its eco-luxury sustainable initiative, Internova Green Circle, the company is driving advocacy, education, and the support of conservation projects. This initiative actively involves employees, customers, advisors, and supplier partners in the effort to protect the planet, further solidifying Internova’s commitment to sustainability.
“We are committed to advancing our ESG goals and creating lasting positive change for the future,” said J.D. O’Hara, CEO of Internova Travel Group. “By integrating sustainability, inclusion, and ethical practices into every aspect of our business, we’re building long-term value for our stakeholders, communities, and the planet. We are proud to be part of the GSTC Community, driving sustainability forward.”
