Frasers Property secures $670m sustainability-linked loan – Institutional Real Estate, Inc.

Frasers Property’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd., has obtained a five-year sustainability-linked loan of S$904 million ($670 million).
The syndicated term loan facility consists of two tranches — a A$407 million ($274 million) loan and a $407 million loan. Proceeds from the loan will be used to refinance existing loans and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
Frasers Property is a multinational real estate and property management company headquartered in Singapore that develops, owns and manages properties across the globe.
The group has participated in GRESB assessment from 2015, with all listed and nonlisted business units of Frasers Property participating annually for targeted sector benchmarking since 2021.
