Permasteelisa Group has opened its new headquarters in London. The facility is home to all three of the group’s brands, Permasteelisa, Gartner and Scheldebouw. Officials say the building, formerly Sherbourne House, was refurbished by developer Riverside Capital to BREEAM Excellent standard, with an Energy Performance Certificate A rating.
The facility features nine multi-media meeting rooms, a kitchen area, a mix of desks and touchdown areas, sofa seating, outside terraces and cycle storage. It is two doors down from the new Bank Station entrance, offering immediate access to Monument Station, London Bridge, Waterloo, Kings Cross and Liverpool Street.
“As our United Kingdom headquarters, we’re already really happy in our new home, and hope that colleagues from further afield, customers and suppliers alike enjoy visiting our new space,” says chief operating officer Lee Marks.
