Located in the heart of Cap Ferret village, Kaze Ocean is situated between the Bassin and the Ocean, near the market square, making it convenient for exploring the area on foot or by bike. The residence features 13 apartments, ranging from studios to four-room flats, each with a garden, terrace, or balcony opening onto a patio. Each “kaze” (apartment) is equipped with a kitchen, bedroom, and living area, while this new property is designed with a strong focus on sustainability.
The central patio, adorned with plants, is organized around a natural swimming pool that uses no chlorine or salt. Adding to the community spirit, La Guinguette des Copains at the entrance of the residence offers local and Reunionese specialties.
The Talvy family, who initiated the project, aimed to preserve and enhance local biodiversity. This is evident in the semi-extensive planted terrace featuring species to attract wild pollinating insects and various birds. The architects and owners collaborated closely to ensure the project adhered to their vision of an environmentally committed hotel.
From building materials to local suppliers for the guinguette, every aspect was chosen with environmental respect and short supply chains in mind.
