Philadelphia, Pa – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Heights Philadelphia are teaming up in order to create a clearer pathway for low-income students to find work in environmental education, sciences, and justice.
This partnership kicked off on Earth Day, after students from the Lankenau Environmental Science Magnet High School visited the Lower Darby Creek Superfund site to participate in a clean-up
With the combined efforts of “Heights” and the EPA, high school graduates will have greater workforce opportunities that protect human health and the environment.
