Mike Filler is a Regional Sustainable Systems Sales Leader with Trane Technologies, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, he supports Trane account managers and their customers with several subject areas: including decarbonization, thermal storage, heat recovery, heat pumps & refrigerants. Mike has decades of experience with chilled water, thermal storage and heat recovery products & applications. He also has experience with energy modeling of high-performance HVAC systems. Mike volunteers with ASHRAE® technical committees and his local chapter Board of Governors. He holds a PE license in Colorado and is ASHRAE Certified as a High-performance Building Design Professional (HBDP).
Kevin Padnes
Chiller Product Manager

Kevin Padnes is a Chiller Product Manager for Trane Technologies. He manages Thermafit® Modular Chiller Portfolio, consisting of air-source and water-source heating and cooling solutions (chillers, heat pumps, and multi-pipe units).

Kevin graduated from Lehigh University with BS in Industrial Engineering and attended Trane’s Graduate Training Program in 2003. He’s spent 20-years with Trane NJ as an Account Manager, Team Leader, and Systems Sales Leader. During this time, he supported engineering and contracting community and has vast experience with unitary, ductless, and applied equipment and controls systems. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children – ages 5, 8, and 11.
